The hotline, which can be accessed by phone or via this secure web site, is operated and administered by an outside vendor and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Eversource's hotline is intended to complement in person, phone or email reporting to your manager, supervisor, the Corporate Compliance Officer or HR.

Reports submitted via web or phone will be handled promptly and investigated appropriately. No retaliatory action will be taken towards anyone for reporting, in good faith, any known or suspected compliance and/or ethics violations.
